GTA III and Vice City. I don't think that there's a chance that I'll forget them before I'll die. Thousands of hours made their job.

By far I would say Pokemon Red and Blue. I played those games so much, I know every inch of the map. I'd say a close second is LOZ: OT.

Link's awakening, hands down. Last time I didn't even get lost in the mountain range anymore (which is pretty maze - like).
Unreal doesn't have a map, but I know every nook and cranny of every level.
On the most popular ut2004 maps I can literally navigate backwards, but I think I can still point out weapon and power-up locations for most maps.

Vice city is close. I've spent many hours there, but it's too long ago now.

Ocarina of Time and Majora's mask. I won't actively remember my way in Windwaker but I instinctively seem to know anyway.

After 800+ hours in Tales of Symphonia i'd be shocked if I went back and didn't have most things memorized even though its been years since I played.

Conversely, I could play a 2D Zelda game for hundreds of hours and i'll still get goddamn lost every 5 minutes.

Also not a map but i'll never, ever figure out pokemon weaknesses.

GTA SA, Groove Street. I can navigate through it without using the map.

I would say the SRB2 menus, yes the menus in a sonic fan-game I can use blind-folded, don't ask.

Dark souls 1 and 2. SMB3. Many Zelders. The one I probably know best is Pokemon Ruby. Played it so much, I think I can draw it from memory.

Most Mario (upto Galaxies 1 & 2) and Zelda games are mapped to my memory but A Link To the Past has to be the one I could do "seriously" with my eyes closed!

Maybe has something to do with the overworld maps covering my school jotters and the amount of hours spent first figuring the game out and countless replays since!
