Sorry to beat a dead horse (or thread in this case) But can anyone walk me through how to get bluubomb working. I bought a Wii U off of Ebay with the same issue. The Nintendo Account is the only selectable option when the console boots up and then the add account button in the top right is blocked by Parental Rights.
