Yes I eat vegetables almost every day. Large salads covered in olive oil and apply cider vinegar. I also drink apple cider vinegar after one hour of each meal. But maybe I put too much cider in the water hehe.

I have to go to the doctor and check my whole digestive system in the future.

Most of the time you're absolutely right. I think there are very few indications for taking supplements. The only time I would advise taking them would be when a lab test has said that the value is low or when a patient is symptomatic.

My calcium level for instance was normal, but my bone scan showed moderate osteopenia (which is pretty abnormal for someone my age) - so my doctor suggested vitamin D and Calcium.

I used to take vitamin B for cramps, but I didn’t notice any difference, so I stopped bothering. Outside of that, I’ve never been informed of a vitamin imbalance by any doctors, and outside of a bit weak immune system, I’ve never felt like I needed to correct anything, so I’ve never tried any others.

    Can't go wrong with that.

best thing you can do for menstrual cramps is take naproxen as it can actually decrease the frequency and intensity of cramps.

I take a Vitamin D3 supplement 'cause I don't have many opportunities to leave my house, and a Melatonin supplement because my brain doesn't produce enough to actually put me to sleep naturally.

melatonin is very very safe. It has no adverse effects. In fact it's so safe we're still not sure if it does anything at all beyond placebo. Of all the ones to take this is the one that's okay.

No supplements for me, I love veggies. Was a bit anaemic for a while at uni because I couldn't afford meat (basically lived on pasta and carrots). But then I couldn't afford supplements either. So had to eat liver.

For like 5 years I've taken 12 mg of iodine a day. Mainly for detoxing contaminants like flouride that's in most water. It helps your mood a lot as well.
Recently I've also been taking the detoxing a step further with products from Bioray. One of the main droplets is called NDF Plus and it flushes heavy metals away even stronger than iodine does. Anyone who's interested in undoing the harmful effects of vaccines they had to take should check it out.

Iron + vitamin C, B complex, and magnesium. The occasional multivitamin to fill in the gaps my abysmal diet leaves in my nutrition.

Do antacids count as supplements?

Nothing. I used to take Vitamin D because of the lack of sun in Sweden during wintertime, but as I don't live there now I see no reason to take it.

Most I take are a few vitamins to supplement for a few that I tend to be low on. Working 3rd shift means that I don't get much sun during the week, so I tend to be low on vitamin D, for example.
