play violent games doesn't make a kid violent, in my country we never cared so much about game's ratings, since it wasn't a thing, it's just a video game what people would expect from it, and it's all in english they wont understand XD
and even when they see they don't do so much, but i already heard stories of parents getting mad after see GTA and such, my mom did the same thing after see my old brother playing and in some part CJ had sex but those models are ugly, who get boner with that? and after that she don't even cared about me and friends playing it

I also watched stuff on you tube that was inappropriate some kid showed it to us at school. But yes with out a filter any kid and look at naughty stuff when there parents are away. Not even the school blocked it you still could see naughty stuff in google images.
I do a lot of things that I was never supposed to do as a child because I am a adult now. I drink, I smoke weed, I have sex, I play violate video games, I watch porn, I am an adult. Although sometimes I used to do some these things in a spiteful nature, but that was back in my early adulthood and I've since moved past those days.
imagine a 10yo kid smoking weed while do sex and their parents are in another place thinking "oh my son is studying now"

The most I did when I was 10 was play GTA 3 with my friends. Although when I was like 13, I was I seriously obsessed with girls and didn't know why I was so obsessed.

When you say kid do you mean like 10? I shot my bb gun at a light post and tried to shatter it before - didn't work. I used to play in this construction site by my house and sit in all the vehicles. My friends were way worse though - they stole from stores and broke the automatic watering system of this funeral home by my house. Started drinking at 12!

I don't really know what I wasn't supposed to do as a kid.
I think most things are fine for kids to do, most things.

When I was 7-9 or so I might have gone a bit further on my bike than the radius I was allowed.
Nobody cares if a 15 year old has a few beers/ciders of a weekend. We did push the boat out a bit and maybe have some beers while missing PE before heading back for maths. Speaking of skipping lessons then it was mainly PE and history, the former because I did not care for week 15 of indoor five a side football (it rained 6 weeks ago so the astroturf is still wet you know) or sitting on the side because I was banned*, the latter because she was so awful that it took over a decade before I cared to learn any of the history she theoretically was supposed to cover again.
*I went to school with a bunch of psychos. A method I don't suggest but does actually work is be the bigger psycho, and in the case of PE they gave me a hockey stick or stuck spikes/blades on my feet before wondering why people ended up in hospital.
Never went in for smoking -- then and to this day I find it an expensive way of doing nothing. Weed similarly lacks much appeal -- happy, calm and relaxed is my default state, and if I am anything else then there is good reason.
As far as porn goes then it is somewhat expected you will find some, and hedge porn was still a thing at that point in time. Some play it like one of those spy test things where the cheating is against the rules but it is only the getting caught that counts and you are pretty much expected to cheat. In my case "if you don't understand something then come talk to me" so I did not even have that.
Ratings on games and films was an odd one but mostly forgotten by the time I was 13, save for when I allowed my younger siblings to also partake. The second hand games and films and electronics repair shop on one of the estates did not care about such things either which was nice.
My ability to skip dive was honed during this period. It was skip diving though rather than ripping someone off of their building supplies.
Hacking computers was something I learned at school, mainly by wanting to bypass their restrictions.
Ding dong ditch/knock knock run is an absolutely hilarious game.
Abandoned buildings in a place that is rapidly becoming a commuter town are few and far between. That is not to say we did not find some or fly off/around some on skateboards. Never trashed anywhere as that is silly, still have some of the 2MB SIMMS (yeah I never knew they went that small either) I found in an abandoned industrial sort of computer in one of the abandoned places though.
Driving/motorbikes. Again it is mostly expected you will rag around a field in/on something. Actual road wise then I have always been a good boy in the UK.

I once smoked as I was 5 years old. At age 7 when I was awake first I sneaked into the living room and drank the rest beer out off the bottle if someone in my family happened to drink the night before. I also watched a lot of 16+ and 18+ stuff since I was 7
