EXTREMELY SORRY I ACCIDENTALLY POSTED THIS 3 TIMES WITHOUT FINISHING
Today my dad went out to get me a 3ds That seemed very cheap since it included 9 games. When he went out to get it he didn't check anything about i, so when I got my hands on it, I realized that the 3ds and the games are Japanese.
I do not know how to speak japanese so I don't really know what to do with it.

You will need a guide for sure. And when I did it, i broke my access to the eShop for good, just a fair warning.

You probably just could not access the US or EU eShop. If you had a jp region emunand, the jp eshop would likely still work.

Thanks, I already changedcit to EU.I haven't tried the eshop and I don't think i'll have to use it at any time since i use the eshop on my other console.
