Thanks for this I am looking them over now. I saw one I was particularly interested in. It was lameboy where you can play gameboy color games. I'm looking for one that works on the r4 that can play Game Boy Advanced games but I can't find one

Check this thread. It shows you lists of homebrew that people are currently using on their cards. Should give you an idea of what is popular.

Not sure myself but I believe it is something that is used with SvSIP and/or BeUP. I don't use them or have had to use them in the past so I can't give you a definitive answer.

    No problem.

You need a slot-2 card to play GBA games. Such as an EZFlash 3-in-1 or a Supercard Lite (NON rumble version). [IMG]

Nope, the DS just can't do it. It just doesn't have the power to emulate GBA. No emulator exists to play GBA roms using a slot-1 card alone. Using the EZ-Flash allows you to send GBA roms from your slot-1 to your slot-2's RAM. The Supercard Lite has the ability to load them natively (though it sometimes experiences slowdowns).

Make sure you applied the appropriate DLDI patch to the .nds file (if needed). Only thing I can think of as I use ReadMore for my texts. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Huh. You should try SnemulDS. I finished Earthbound on it. It might require a bit of tweaking but eventually you'll got it to a good setting.

Hey, complete noob here, so bear with me. I just got into this stuff. I got an R4 and an ezflash 3 in 1. The R4 works great, and I've had no problems with loading NDS games. However, I've tried just about every app to run GBA games with the ezflash, and nothings working. I've used gbaexploader and gbaldr as well, plus a couple others, and I can't get it to recognize the 3 in 1. It always just tells me that there is nothing in slot 2. Is there a problem with the new ezflash 3 in 1? Also has anyone written a complete idiot's guide to using ezflash with R4? And yes, I've tried searching the forums, and nothing is coming up.
