Hacking What program can I use to change the region ID for an iso?

Since the new 2.0 loader reads all of my ntsc multigame discs as Pal, even though I make sure it is set to ntsc, I need a disc region setter or changer, is there a program I can use to do this?

Wii ISO Utilities (WiU) 1.1 will let you change regions and brickblock, among other things.
