I'd probably go with the Motorola RIZR Z3 for no other reason than it looks the sleekest of the bunch and appears to be the most bang for your minimally spent buck. Seeing as you have a pretty basic Motorola Razr flip phone on the list, I imagine you don't plan to do much outside of texting, calling, and maybe some music playing, so realistically, you could roll a die and come out with a phone that works for you. I'd pass on that generic looking Alcatel phone though seeing as you have some clearly superior phones on the table for not much more.

Well, all of these phones fit that description. I suppose to make this easy:
Do you prefer flip or slide phones? This could make the choice delightfully easy.
Is thickness of the phone a concern? If so, the Razr flip phone is probably the best choice, since those phones are delightfully thin, even by today's standards.

    Well then.

I'd pass on the Alcatel. It looks generic, likely made by a company that either no longer manufactures phones, or primarily markets pay as you go models. A quick search bringing up primarily go phones and a tracfone make me think I'm not far off. If you want something that will actually last you, or a phone that isn't likely to make you regret the money spent, this is a hard phone to say yes to.

I'd pass on the Nokia. It's a Nokia, so, you know, brick status and all that, but frankly, that Nokia is ugly. Even a cheap phone should have a decent presentation, and considering it brings nothing spectacular to the table, I say it isn't worth your time just to save a couple of dollars.

The Razr flip phone is a great choice in terms of a phone that will fit in your pocket nicely, looks sleek, and does what you want. It's pretty inconspicuous in your pocket, which may or may not be a plus. I dunno. I'm not you.

The Rizr slide phone should be considered first and foremost though, as it does have a marginally better camera, is a newer phone (in terms of the phones on the list, at least), and doesn't even cost $1 more than the Razr flip phone. Reviews seem to praise how thin and nice it is, with very few gripes outside of the inconvenient MicroSD card slot location and some questionable speaker phone call quality. It really is the clear winner in terms of the choices you've laid out, and having played around with slider phones in the past, they are tons of fun to play with when you're bored.

So, you know, just purchase the Rizr because you'll be lucky if 10 different people reply to this thread.

I'd go with the Rizr as well, for same reasons as Nathan described above me.

I've had a Razr myself, lasted me years, and still works I believe, even though I moved on to smartphones. I liked it a lot, only reason I gave it up was because Daddy bought me the smartphone.

And I've had quite a few friends with the Nokia, and none of them ever complained about it.

With others I have no experience with, but personally I'd go with Razr because I prefer flip phones to slide ones.

Buy a Nokia, they survive everything. When the world finally comes to an end, there will be roaches, styrofoam and Nokia cell phones left to populate the earth.

I never needed an SD card with mine (or maybe it was an older model that had no support for one or one was in there already and I just didn't know/remember, don't know). I did take a few pictures here and there, some videos too, and never had an issue where I didn't have memory to save the pictures.
