I had a friend in school who would always over estimate somethings value...

Always made me laugh to hear the prices some one thinks something is "worth"

They feel some sort of validation by owning expensive items.

Best thing to do is simply say "Oh thats nice." then email them a few craigslist listings of stuff that its being sold that is both better AND cheaper.

Nothing says "Your a moron" more then showing them in black and white

Both of those systems are less then 200 bones, given the choice I would take the bottom one though 1.5TB's and pre loaded with 500 games +3000 emulated games, hell I already own 2 modded Wii's and I am tempted lol

Edit: Doh!!! The second listing is only for the Hard drive plus mod of a Wii that is already owned, still a decent deal but not as good as it looked at first glance.
