I've always been a fan of Dualshock 3s and wanted to use them on PC and different consoles, so I went on Ebay and bought several of them for like $20 each new. They look just like the real deal said Sony etc... but I was trying to use them with bluetooth on PC and figured out they're knockoffs.

But other than not having quite as good of battery life, they're still great. I have no complaints about them I use them on all my PC games, Wii U with mayflash adapter, Switch with mayflash adapter and PS4 with mayflash adapter. I might buy a few more.

A Gamecube controller with two extra buttons and super clicky buttons.
Those extra buttons are: TURBO and SLOW.

The controller didn't worked properly, so I opened it, and cleaned the pcb with Alcohol, replaced the contact rubs and added tape on the cable because it was ripping apart.
Aside of that, it works fine, and analog sticks are though enough for my thumbs, although TURBO is a bit slow for my liking.

I will post a picture asap.
EDIT: ALSO... DPAD SUCKS AND RUMBLE IS WEAK

I've bought 2 knock off Airpods. They were like $2 and the batteries only lasted an hour.

I also bought a knock off Converse shoes since they were like $3 for kicks. They were not comfy to wear after like 4 hours of wearing them. They do kind of look nice though.

I also bought Chinese knock-off NES classic controllers. I bought them because I modded my Famicom Mini to be able to use wiimote extension controllers. They work well but the dpad feels kind of pointy and a bit harder at least compared to my original NES Classic controllers.

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
it says it only works for the original R4, R4i Gold (r4ids.cn), R4iDSN (r4idsn.com) and Acekard R.P.G.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
