I couldn't agree more! I've grown quite fond of Skip's quirky, eccentric Chibi-Robo! titles, and I'd love to have the pleasure of experiencing Captain Rainbow. Not to mention, the sheer concept of the title seems intriguing, as well.

WTF does this even mean?! We have games w/ nudity (God of War 3) and violence beyond comprehension (pretty much everything), but you think there's some sort of conservative cabal that secretly wants to keep FF4 away from us? I don't get the insane need to inject politics and/or ideology into everything, but even by the current Internet standard where people inject politics and/or ideology into everything, this is pretty over-the-top--they must have some pretty damn good weed (or maybe it's acid?) in OH.
