Mine is email, I use it a little more than my cellphone.
Then I guess Internet forums, GBAtemp is the only one I use though, but I use it a lot.

What about you?

MSN/AIM.

Email is so slow eh. Don't know how you could stand to have a full conversation through it.

IRC/AIM, then in person... then... phone? That's about it. I don't usually email people.

Telephone, no matter how much you want to argue, it is telephone even in this day and age.

The new generation tend to use mobile phones... I thought =/
Mobile phone with contracts and shit is too expansive, no thank you, I'll stick to land line.
But can you carry a land line in your pocket?

And can it play music? Cell phones are more than just phones, they're kinda toys too I guess.

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
