NDS: The World Ends With You, because of the compelling story, matched with amazingly innovative gameplay. Followed very closely by the Ace Attorney Series, Then Professor Layton.

Wii: Cliche, but it's Galaxy 2. Just amazing, though Okami is way up there, and Kirby's Epic Yarn, too.
