It was only 10GB's on peak, 20GB off peak (2am - 8am) at 8192kb/s. Couldn't do much lol. Now we're on about 30gb's on, 180gb off at 1500kb/s. A bit slower, but at least I can use it...
It's still about $55 a month or something. I'd get ADSL2 but our area can't get it unless we go with telstra or something...

Australia's internet sucks. For a decent plan it's about $70, and even then it's rarely uncapped. Roll that fiber out already!!

Unlimited 10Mb/s

However if I use more than 3GB between 10am-3pm or more than 1.5GB between 4pm-9pm i get my speed limited for 5 hours @ 2.5Mb/s

But as I'm asleep until 3pm and at work until well past 10pm those limits never effect me

65GB/month in Canada.

6MB/s Down, 1MB/s Up
But I only get 5MB/s and 0.6MB/s usually.

Wanna switch to unlimited, but there's this Usage Based Billing thing happening, so yeah.

No cap as far as I'm aware, although if the university realized I was downloading endless amounts of data they'd do something. Not entirely sure what the speed cap is, but over WiFi alone I can average 4MB/s and sometimes push it up as far as 5.5MB. Assuming an average of 4MB/s for an entire month straight, though? I could probably pull in close to 10TB of data.

I am in California and use Comcast, they give a 250GB limit monthly. I on average probably do about 600GB down and about 500GB up a month. They send me crap all the time threatening to turn off my service. They never have or will though cause they want my monthly payment.
