I'm formating my mSD to FAT32 for homebrew use, see someone recomended 32kb cluster size, I'm not sure how the cluster size could affect later, I assume the bigger the cluster size the bigger space it takes out of the mSD?
Switch in default is using 32 kB. Many splitting softwares use 32 kB for accuracy.

@Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.+1

Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
