What is the most up to date cios to install for wii and gamecube

I followed a guide from 2024 for gamecube mostly that told me to install these cios I am wondering if this is the most up to date setup as the video only focuses on gamecube. I am trying to get the best compatibility for games by double checking if cios are the most up to date and best ones to install. The pack I got included 4 but the guide said to only install 3.
