To me so far it looks like people go into the game files and alter values
It looks like these patches target files in the game and change a couple of values to make them, but I can't fathom how you'd find the target file and those values (EdiZon maybe?)
I want to get Gal*Gun Returns running at 60fps and I think the switch could take it with a minor overclock

    My typical pattern:
    - Check romfs. Most UE4 and Unity games have 30 FPS locks in romfs. In other engines it's very rare case to be in romfs. Nothing? Next point.
    - Disassemble main and search for nvnWindowBuilderSetPresentInterval and nvnWindowSetPresentInterval pointer calls, addresses can be find in nvnBootstrapLoader.
Change last argument to "1". Nothing has changed? Stay with this patches as this can be used additionally with...
    - find other fps lock by any other means (disassembled main, memory poking, save editing)
