The fastest I've ever gotten at my house is 3.60MB/s. The fastest I've ever seen in general is 75MB/s.

around 0.16-0.64 mbps. jus depends on if my ISP wants to screw me over or not. I'm paying for 5 mbps, and can't even get 1. going to another ISP is impossible, because mine (Comporium) has a monopoly on Internet, Phone, and Cable in my area as well as the next 3 or 4 counties over.

Highest has been 7 MB/s or so on Steam here in Cali. Back home when I hotspotted 4G LTE, 3 MB/s. Before that, 3G was 300 KB/s with drops on calls and texts.

Before that was a redneck ISP. Peak was 33 KB/s. Minimum was 2 bytes per second (~16 mb/s). Oh, and a response time peak of 107,000 ms. Or, roughly a minute and a half response time.
