In the past i used Clean Rip , I have also heard Super dump is good, I have also heard that our current "usb loaders" can all rip GC games properly and faster,, can anyone suggest the best ,, i know these all have limitations ..

Clean rip = sometimes works and sometimes locks my wii up...
i also have the LG drive to do it from my computer but prefer my wii instead .
others i 've never tried ,,
Maybe Wiipower can help out on this subject ,,,

    Thanks everyone,,

Try using Superdump, it takes 9-10 minutes to dump a perfect GC iso

OK thanks zerofalcon, If anyone has any Gamecube mulit-sio already made ,, meaning multiple games on one iso and wants to use them and extract the games so you can use them with DML . use multigame iso creator from here:http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/MultiGame_ISO_Creator , and go to the option ,extract it will extract all your games from your iso, then all you need to do is convert them for DML.

Superdump is a bit outdated but should still work fine, both cleanrip and superdump make perfect gc isos. I personally have a LG drive too in my PC and I use it to make backups with friidump. That's slow (1 hour per gc disc) but the cleanest way and better for the lifetime of my wii drive ;)

Ive never seen a reason to use anything else than CleanRip. It does the job perfectly fine with decent speed.

... I should really look into DML and see if I can do anything with my ripped GC discs lol. Need a bigger SD card though :(

I'd say one reason is the huge bug that causes it not to work. It spins down part way through for some people, including me.

Okay, yes that is quite a huge bug :)
I wasnt aware of that. My backups seems to work though, at least they work fine in Dolphin.
