Gaming What is the BEST RPG in your opinion?

Fallout 1/2, Pokémon Crystal, Diablo II LoD, FFV/VI.

IMO, there are a plethora of great RPGs (FFVII not being one, IMO), but those that I mentioned are specially brilliant. If I had to pick one, Pokémon Crystal would be the best RPG of all time, IMO.

1. My fave RPG and also my fave game in the world is Zelda OOT! An absolute classic.
2. FFX is my fave FF game.
3. FFVII
4. FFVIII
5. FFCC RoF and FFIV DS and Zelda PHG


Honourable mention to Zelda Wind Waker and wait, what about Okami - that's an RPG isn't it? God it's hard to choose my faves in order!

For DS it would most likely have to be TWEWY, I like to see some advances in the RPG genre.

hmmm...
well there's a lot of good RPG's but my favorites are:

1) All dragon quest's RPG's, imo nothing is more fun than playing a DQ RPG.
2) Shining Force series EXCEPT the crappy PS2 ones.
3) Xenogears " imo xenosaga is just a crappy RPG compared to how fun is xenogears, damn you SE why did you cancel Xenogears2

4) Alundra 1 tho it's an action RPG.
5) Final fantasy 7 on the PSone.
6) Grandia 2 on the Dreamcast.
7) Thousand Arms tho it was censored but it was really good, too bad it didn't sell well or we would've seen more dating RPG in the US market.

there are a lot more but these are the best imo and maybe some of them could be replaced by another RPG but this is what i remember
and i'm looking forward to the DS RPG's that's coming out soon they look so damn good

No...I'm sorry I can only beat that game once, the replay value inside that game in worthless. I wish Castlevania was an RPG that will be so awesome if done correctly.
