Hacking What is the best Hacking solution for 3DS 7.1.0-16U?

I saw that there are many flash cards and hacks, but only on version 4.0-4.5, and my version is much higher (Although I didn't update the system for months).
I also saw that you can downgrade the frimware, is that really possible?
What is the cheapest (and one that work well) solution?
Where do you download the game from?

The BEST solution is Gateway.
The cheapest is CFW + downgrade + (mt classic mode)

It is not cheap if you consider you will end up breaking your 3DS in pieces out of frustration.
Crashes, games not working, etc.

Take care not to update and buy a GW, considering your FW version it is the best option.

I have not come across a game that didnt work with Gateway, but idk if there has been that problem in the past

there is no NTSC or PAL on portable consoles. that is used for consoles that plug to tv...
there are regions. like USA or EUR..

Every time I hear about Nintendo and regions, I first remember they have a very loose concept of Geography, then I ask myself why Japan and South Korea have each one ONE WHOLE region to themselves...
But in the end I realize that all this concept of region locking is bullshit and stop even thinking about it.

I paid with Visa there and had no problems. I would definitely recommend them.
