So I gave my nephew my DS lite for his birthday like almost a year ago, and there have been a LOT of DS games I want to play, so I have been thinking about picking up a DSi. I want to get a flashcard too, but I have no idea which is the best one. I want something high quality, with good functionality and compatibility. Obviously something that has an upgradable kernel so it can keep up with the DSi's constantly altering firmware. I want the best flashcard, specifications wise.

    Which one is it?

    ...and the EZ-Flash Vi
WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BUY THE R4I! R4i is the worst Flashcard and i think its even a clone or sumth. And the R4i doesn't have an upgradable kernel because the R4 team "died" a while ago.
If you want the best then i suggest Acekard 2i or EZ-Flash Vi. Acekard is kind of better, but there were some problems with the EUR DSi's. If you don't have an EUR DSi go ahead and buy the Acekard 2i. Otherwise i suggest EZ-Flash Vi (EZ-Flash 5i)

Never buy R4 carts. acekard2i, dstti and ezflashi are ok though.
