1-do these work EXACTLY like they used to work for GC, on WII?
2- when u get an ORIGINAL GC, do u need to but that ICED PACK thing to be able to use standard size DVDs? (beside modchip)

1- Kind of. With this, when you put in it the modded Wii, it boots up GCOS, and then you choose(from GCOS menu) which game you want to play.

2- I don't quite get what your saying(or asking?) ...
