No idea, I think I see like a dude laying down with his shlong hanging out.
Actually I think that's exactly what it is. The branch is a dude who's legs are spread and what not, you can see his torso, his chin and mouth and of course his dingaling.

ok ok now I see it...the trick is the branch...I was looking at the background only...now everything makes sense!
