I downloaded it and I notice that there is no "Bslug" file anymore. Is it not needed anymore?

I think it's not needed anymore.

They updated a lot that so it seems tht "Bslug" file was compiled into the boot.dol file of Auto Wiimmfi Patcher.

But, first try using it with your Wii Nintendo WFC games for see if this still works.

Curious, I dumped my MKWii ISO from the vWii Console and patched it using the linked above; however I still seem to be getting wiimmfi error code 23904.

My NAND is also dumped and imported into Dolphin v5.0-16429

Any suggestions?

If it's a NAND from a WiiU console it might be missing some data that's required for Wiimmfi which the server sometimes misinterprets as an outdated patcher.
