What are the consequences after your hacked switch being banned by Nintendo?

Can you still play your backup games? What about wireless playing with friends?

You can't
- play online
- enter into eShop
- download software and updates from Nintendo's server (eShop)
- subscribe to Nintendo Switch Online
- (un)link a Nintendo Account

You can:
- download updates for Switch from Nintendo's server (except if you are super-banned)
- play offline with your games or backups
- update your games with tinfoil
- play with your friends in local

Weirdly enough, superbanned switches still get the current news feed. But everything else Nintendo online related is blocked.
But you had your serious replies already - it's only a bit annoying that you can't install any updates for your games directly on console anymore and will have to do it with nsp update files. But it's not like you do that Twelve times a day.

You make one of the many threads in this sub-forum about how something or other isn't working, you softbricked your console, or some other nonsense.

People don't realize the convenience of not having to worry about side-loading updates/games/everything at every junction until they lose it.
