better not to use those stick for cleaning ear
Personally, I use a waterpik
I use it at minimal pressure so my ear don't get damaged
And it works perfectly fine, I do it about once a month because I produce lot of wax in my ear
Waterpik cleans that up

I use acetone. It cleans all the shit out. If I'm feeling manly I'll rinse it out with sulfuric acid.

A waterpik? Even at low setting, my waterpik is still pretty powerful.
