What happened to 'Search this thread only' feature?

The 'Search this thread only' used to work very well. Now it always returns no result. For example, if you go here : https://gbatemp.net/threads/wiiflow-mod-and-emunand.333219/page-16 . Searching 'atari' returns 'No results found' but there should be results. General forums searches are ok. I'm on Firefox 58.0.2 Linux.

I just checked that entire thread for the word Atari and it's not on there, so obviously it's not going to find anything on that particular thread.

I tested WiiWare with the Search this thread option, and it worked fine in that thread. I tested various other threads as well for keywords that I know are there, and they all worked fine.

So maybe when you make a search and it comes up with nothing, it's actually nothing?

Ha ha, you think I'm crazy. Try here : https://gbatemp.net/threads/wiiflow-an-open-source-gui-usb-loader.204106/page-811 and search 'Wiituka' or 'wiituka'. I get no result and can assure you it's there, page 635 for example.

what the heck?! i can confirm, if i search for wiituka in that thread you linked i get no results too. I've tried on my PC running Arch Linux using the Opera browser, i have also tried on chromium and even on my iPhone(4, IOS 7.1.2 i don't think that matters, though)

wiituka is definitely there on page 635. and the search doesn't seem to be case sensitive either since it still showed no results when i tried typing it exactly how it is in the thread.

It at least shows up if you search using "this forum only", so it's not too bad. MOST things come up normally, so not too big of a problem.
