Hacking :( What happened to my DS Top Screen?

What has happened to my DS? The Top Screen is messed up.
My dog was running around and tripped over the charger wire and it fell. It's a DSPhat so I wouldn't think that a DS would do this so easily then I tried playing it and its all messed up like this.

What am I supposed to do?
Do you think Nintendo would replace it? :'(
I've always loved it and I don't got enough money to get a DS Lite..
I got this Nintendo DS at Launch for Christmas.

it looks like your top screen's connection to the bottom part of the DS is ruined. Try bringing it to Nintendo, they should be able to repair it if the problem was only with the connection between the top screen and the other components at the bottom.

Yes, in-game. The screen is all white and looks exactly the same as you can see in the picture.

You could barely see the game image for the top screen. barely anything tho

Perhaps one of the ribbon cables are loose. Open it up and check for yourself

Nintendo might not replace it, but they definitely can do something abt it, try calling them?

call nintendo my friend snaps his top screen clean off his ds, and nintendo still sent him a replacement, not for free though they charged him 60 dollars after sending in his old one.
