Just saying, to block Nintendo's update you just have to use tubehax DNS or to turn off wifi. Hardmodding is for unbricking and firmware downgrading with NAND backups.

if some1 would find an exploit, he/she would have posted it to get some attention and to be the hero of the day. if there really is some1 like it, he's really stupid and selfish. I don't think some1 that stupid would find an exploit...
also, if there is some group like that and they didn't released it, they don't exist, 'cause you only exist when people know you do, so...
