Hacking What firmware does the NES 3DS XL come with?

Don't think they would. More then likley they are going to stay at whatever version they are at until AFTER the new xl comes out in NA; and even then it will take a few months.

My aus one is 9.0 I doubt new ones coming out a few weeks later will be 9.4 because they are all made roughly around same time, they're all early n3ds models

Some people are saying the N3DS's in france are confirmed to be 9.0 which is really good, I dont see any US 3ds's even being 9.2 at this point

Seems pretty safe to pre-order but even more sensible to wait for release as it's close atm
