What filter is used in this GBA emulator?

    The screenshots are 748*508(this is how Dolphin upscaled them), so they are not using the correct AR

    Here's how it looks without the filter:

    Are you running VBA GX or RetroArch-Wii?

    Thats an important bit of info. lol.

    It doesn't have a name.
    It's the emu from Naruto Collection GCN, I believe it uses motion blur and darkens the display, as it says in Kirby's Dream Collection:

    ; DMG Green Mode ;0~31
    DarkEnable1 = 1
    ReduceEnable1 = 0
    MotionBEnable1 = 1
    Dark1 = 8
    ReduceColorR1 = 0
    ReduceColorG1 = 0
    ReduceColorB1 = 0
