Hardware What features do you want the 3DS to have?

Personally, I'd love if the 3DS was waterproof. I can't count the amount of times I've spilled liquids on my DS lite.

1: casing similar to the bottom half of the DSiXL (the shiny plastic on the top half, the DSlite, and DSi is very annoying with sweaty hands)
2: more common media support (mp3, JPG, PNG, GIF, and several video formats)
3: more freedom over a wallpaper (DSi right now randomly grabs a photo, would be nice to select which images and to be able to load images from your PC)
4: high speed peripheral port (external blu-ray drive ftw*

, would also be nice for "custom controllers" like the guitar hero grip on the DS)

Two touch screens . Size of dsi xl . Great battery . Two joy sticks. Two extra buttons where xy and ab is at. Better internet to the point to play videos online.

Completely ridiculous, but awesome:

- The ability to be a transformer
- A toast slot just so I can say it also cooks my breakfast
- The ability to stream games from your Wii and play them anywhere (most likely resulting in an immediate ban on aircraft due to one idiot swinging his nunchuck on a plane)
- It's own theme music every time I take it out of my pocket
- The ability to turn itself into a TV remote, as well as a house lighting controller
- The ability to order take-out when I'm hungry
- Not only region-free, but capable of translating any game without a patch.

Nah just gimme virtual console and an external storage option and I'm set. Internal space can be so limited but I'd like a decent amount of that too. Dunno if it'll hold up well with the iPod for music but it will completely obliterate it and the iPad as far as gaming goes. I don't care what anyone says, app store games are meh. I find it boring playing games on my iPod touch.

nah, i would like it to be able to transform into an arm-guard when i am not using it, maybe it will integrate itself with one of my arm.

and like u mentioned in irc, sure i dont mind it being made of steel, but only if it has the ability to transform itself into an armour or a weapon too

And HD pixels and the carts to be in GB sizes (1GB cart, 2GB, 2.5GB, 5GB etc.) because i hate the games being like 134.22MB because it could be pushed more if the carts were better...
