I just notice that some new apps or updated apps comes with this "no_ios_reload" line in their xml files.

Those appear after HBC 1.0.8, what does it mean?

Any app can take advantage of the AHBPROT flagset to, for example, gain access to the NAND filesystem and install or uninstall anything without having to patch any existent IOS, only if the app supports it of course. It doesn't work with already compiled apps. Hope that helps.
