MegaBitz. $14 a month, unlimited download, 8 connections.

I use NZBs with alt.binz, auto-par and auto-unrar ftw. All I had to do is open the nzb.

Private torrent sites > Usenet

God forbid you use both.

Usenet will always be my first choice, getting 2Gb down on every single download cannot be beat. However, when what I'm looking for isn't on Usenet, torrents are the backup.

QUOTERatiomaster > Uploaders.
God forbid you actually support the free service you're using.

People like you are the cancer killing bittorrent.

Right now I have a block account from Astraweb, but when that runs out I'll get one from Usenet-News because of lower prices and SSL.

Usenet-News with 100gb Blocks. Renew at the 15GB mark and your set. 10Mbit constant (My top, not theirs), 99 days Ret.
There porno groups could be more complete.

Binsearch for Indexing, Newsbin Pro for the win.

BTW: Urza, you've hit the nail right on the head.

EDIT: added more info

i use grabit to grab the files, it's free and it works, much more smaller install compared to overbloated newsleecher.

unlimited.newshosting.com with some web NZB searching. Rarely grab headers anymore. If I do, I use Agent 4. I've been using Agent for years, just stuck with it.

I use Usenet-News with NewsLeecher. Because of the lovely people who used my referral link, I now have enough data transfer to last me 41 years on my current shitty ISP monthly download limit.

Lucky me.

using alt-binz for downloads now (free, just uninstalled grabbit)

Newsprovider is now hitnews.eu as they allow account sharing (so I share with a friend - currently he has 6 slots and I have 2 as he has 20Meg download and mine is 4). Cost about $5 each per month for a 12 month purchase. Also supports ssl for free.
