    i have on mine:
    bootmii
    gecko os
    mplayer ce
    scummvm
    cios installer
    hackmii installer
    usb loader gx
    wad manager
    homebrew browser
and cover files for usb loader.

and thats about it really. all up takes up just over 50mb including downloaded covers. 1gb card suits me perfect as its big enough for nand backups.

If its installed as boot2, then make a nand backup. Save it and all the bootmii files on your PC then delete them from the card.
You can backup later if you get a brick or whatnot.

    gecko os
Do you use the USB Loader? You could install a channel version of this if you can find one; then delete this from your card.

    mplayer ce
Do you play movies? If so keep this.

    scummvm
Do you like point and click adventures? If so keep this.

    cios installer
Have you installed whatever Cios you wanted? If so then delete this.

    hackmii installer
Have you installed whatever version of hackmii this is? If so then delete this.

    usb loader gx
Do you use the USB loader? If so then keep this.

    wad manager
    Keep this.

    homebrew browser
Keep this.. although why is this on your SD card?

and cover files for usb loader.

Have you placed VC and Wiiware games on your card. They can take up alot of space.
Do you have media files on your SD card? If so then think about moving them to a hard drive.
    This is all obvious stuff.
