Though my PC detects a webcam, what I'm actually trying to do is to display my PS Vita (the "webcam") on my PC monitor through USB using Retroarch. I can easily do that with a video player, but I wanted to use Retroarch in order to apply some nice shaders.
I know Retroarch has a built in video player, but the only way I can use it is loading an actual video file under "load content", there's no option to load a video device like a camera. Is there a core that can do that? Or that could maybe open another video player inside Retroarch?
EDIT:
I think I got what I needed. Someone made an app called ShaderGlass that can apply Retroarch's shaders to any window. It can be downloaded here https://mausimus.itch.io/shaderglass
