It's delicious. I keep trying to convince my wife to let me make "my" salad for her, but she insists it looks like too much chewing. But it truly is delicious. Been eating one daily for almost 10 years now.

Last night, the family took out the Ancient one to Irvine CA. There they treated me at a restaurant with Colombian Cuisine.

That hot sauce was so hot, it killed me, and some of the other family members.

Fried chicken fingers, mac n cheese, dumpling and corn from Cracker Barrel yesterday.

It is mediocre, ugh.

These days if I eat too much regardless if how tasty it is, it ends up making me feel full in an uncomfortable way so I try to avoid having big dinners.

Drinking tea helps (despite not really liking it a whole lot).

I forgot to mention the biscuits (I ate two) and I didn't eat whole meal after got full easily. They threw 2 extra in chicken fingers to make 7 total but only ate 3 fingers. Their food quality is mediocre but it can be my depression altered my taste. My depression got worse after my dad died last January and I had to watch Lou Gehrig's disease destroyed my dad for 1.5 years - it was very painful.

After dinner, my tummy got upset but got better in next day.

This time Step-brother took me out to a Mexican Restaurant. Had Beef Enchilada, Rice n BEANS. And when I got home, I made BEAN [Faaarrrrrrt] n Cheese burritos as a snack for while watching a movie.

I slept with no covers on, and the windows open
