I'm currently using 222 v5 and am using NTFS hdd. This is the only app the wont freeze on my when I try to load games from it. But it will only load the game if I have the burned copy in my drive, yet it detects the games I have on my hdd. If I don't have a disc in and try to load it it gives me a ret-2 error. I don't know how to fix this? Should I change cios? I've already tried 249 and that just froze it when I tried to select a game. Should I try to make a WBFS partition? If I make a WBFS partition on my hdd will it format everything on my hdd and will I lose my data?

well not enough info,(what usb loader are you using?) post a system check. if using the newer wiiflow, it only works with d2x cios. you might need to run an update using ModMii.
also if you do add a wbfs partition, yes it will format the whole hd, writing over your games, if thats the way you want to go, back all your games to PC until the formatting is done.
MPO, i would use ModMii's fat32 formater, an do the entire hd as a fat 32/32k.

Well I'm using configurable usb loader ( as it says in title). How do you do a system check? I've tried wiiflow and the GX loader but both of them freeze when I load them. and is it possible to get it working with NTFS? I have over 600gb of other stuff on my hdd that I can't really back it up anywhere because my hardrive on my computer isn't that big.

Use modmii to install d2xv6 cios's the recommended is
249 Base 56
250 Base 57

Ensure you have the latest version of the loader you want to try. Delete all the config settings for the loader and try again. Run the loader on 249.

NTFS is certainly useable with cfg and GX
