What can I use to build and play multi-game disc images reliably?

Additionally, is it possible to mix Wii and GC games on a single disc?

On the package of WiiScrubber 1.4 there was an app to run the Wii Multi_ISOs, and you can't mix GC-Wii ISOs...!!

I thought I remembered reading something like WiiScrubber doesn't work perfectly. Something like the last game burnt doesn't load or save properly or something like that. Does it really work reliably now?
