Hacking What can I run with Ninjahax 2.0?

Alright if I get Ninjahax 2.0 from here: http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/ will I be able to install .cia games, .3ds and .3dsx games or just launch the rom? I know Ninjahax only has userland access not kernel, but will it be able to emulate the 3ds catridge so it can launch the game? And can I also launch .nds DS games? This is about Ninjahax 2.0

You can't run CIAs or 3DS ROMs with 2.0. You cannot launch NDS games with it. You can only run homebrew that does not use ARM9.
