I recently discovered hax 2.5,and i need to install a new exploit,Tubehax is dead,and i need a exploit to install themehax,i can't use ninjhax and oot3dhax so my question is:
Can i install browserhax in 10.1.27 EUR 3ds,i've heard that i need update to access browser so what can i do?

you could attempt browserhax with dns but not sure it will work

there probably will be new entry points later on but you will need to wait since i don't know when smea will release another one
