Homebrew What can I do with my 3DS? I have 10.3.0-28

Pandurino helped me downgrade. Now I'm having MUCH trouble getting the sliderhax to work. I put in the qr code, and it says "failed to load page" so I touch the slider at the very end and it just says "an error has occured". I keep trying but it keeps failing, what gives?

Browserhax seems to be broken at the moment

Are you clearing cookies and history? Thats what made slider not work for me.

i have also downgraded to 9.2 and would like to know how to get to homebrew?
if i use browserhax wouldnt the device see that im useing and old version and try and update me?

i own the Ocarina of time game but for some reason cant use it to open homebrew again it gives me and error before showing the colored screen.

OKAY THIS IS WHAT I DID! I reinitialized, deleted cookies/history etc. ALL while the internet switch was OFF. Then I QR'd the URL and it said to the internet switch on, so I DID and REFRESHED the page and it CAME THROUGH AND WORKED!

I already downgraded it. Successfully. NOW that I ACTUALLY got browserhax to work, I'm trying to figure out the next step: How to get homebrew on my downgraded 3DS, and how to break the region lock off 3DS.

all i get is failed to load page when i use the QR code .-.

I switched the internet off and only switched it on when it told me to inorder to see the qr code url. then I did it and it started flashing colors on bottom screen and now I'm in the menu. I DON'T KNOW where to go from here though. Someone please help me! skype: xcyper33_1

Install menuhax.
Run the menuhax manager
