Im just curious to wonder what the ones in bold are.

Found this on another post here. So that solves the RVL-Rgnsel_EU-v2.wad.out.wad one out, but what about the others?

They are the EULA and "rgnsel", a Wii utility used to select region, i.e., you choose country in the Wii Menu, then everybody votes asks what state you live in. The state part is through rgnsel

Nigaoe is the Mii Channel, bc is some sort of bootloader for the GC compatibility layer MIOS, somewhat comparable to boot2, which boots into Wii mode.

ok it wasnt IOS 258, it was "systemmenu-v258"
