Expecting a 4G flashcart this week and I want to optimize the somewhat limited space with some good but small games.

Trauma Center, Lost Magic and Tetris DS are 128 meagabits.
Big Brain Academy and Sega Casino are only 64.

    What else would you recommend?

If I remember right Yoshi's touch & go is only like 4megabytes, which is around 32megabits

First things first 512mbytes is a fair bit of space despite what others (including myself) would say.
Secondly learn to rip games as you can shrink them a fair deal:

    Bomberman is 64mbit
    Zoo keeper too
A few Japanese only puzzle games are and a fair few require the most minimal/no Japanese knowledge to play for instance Simple series vol4 is a breakout clone.

As for 128mbit a lot of games are good and this size (I even have a sub 128mbit version of castlevania)
    Just a few to try
Mr Driller, you might like GBA versions too
Super Mario 64, a fair game to play and can suck down a few hours
    Nanostray
    Warioware
Puzzle bobble (I never thought I would suggest this game but hey)
    Tetris
A few more Japanese puzzle games

I already mentioned ripping sections out of games but a lot of 256 games can have languages and other stuff removed to hit around the 128 mark.

Bomberman I have not got to far into but is only 64Megabits along with Puzzle Bobble....Puzzle Bobble Kicks ass. Zoo Keeper is another game of the same size that is a lot of fun.

    Wanna go 8megs more?
I am playing Lost Magic now which is suprisingly real good. Nanostray rocks, Mr Driller as well, Can't forget about Pac-Pix. Tetris, Trauma Center, and Yoshi.

There you go, at this point those are the best 64 and 128Mbit games to help fill your cart.

    Some more suggestions:
    Magnetica is 64mbit (8MB).
Daigasso! Band Brother, Brain Age, Pac Pix, Tetris DS, Electroplankton, Pokemon Trozei, Super Mario 64 and Nanostray are all 128mbits (16MB).
