http://www.card-nds.com (okay-ish price, but nice customer service. Responds quickly, and shipping reliable)
http://www.zhuzhuchina.com (takes Paypal, very nice people, reasonable shipping speeds and price)
http://www.realhotstuff.com (well-known for years now, fast shipping in the US)
http://www.realhotstuff.tk (Same as above, but ship from Hong Kong)
http://www.nds-card.com (having issues as of late apparently, but they reasonably price things, and had decent customer service up until now)

I've dealt with, in some way or another, all of the above sites. I've had positive results come out of each one of them. Pick one site that fits your fancy, in terms of shipping time, cost, shipping method, reliability, etc., go with it, and just be patient. These things can take time to arrive.

well the store that i bought one for myself and one for a friend has a stock of flashcards as i bought for him yesterday it is on my country cyprus but support paypal and shipment around europe ,to be honest i bought it cause it was near my region

I had the same problem when i bought one for a mate, you can email their customer service and ask for the over charged money. BTW, I'd recommend buying th r4i gold card from http://www.r4flashcart.com/8-wood-r4i-gold-3ds-flashcart-for-3ds-xl-3ds-dsi-and-ds-lite.html managed to find this web site after I got burned at a few others.

They work but the question is for how long? Some people have reported dead units within days of arrival.
I also would like to suggest cymods.com specially if you are in europe. I ordered mine last week and it arrived yesterday. They gave me the tracking number and everything and are very friendly and communicative. I like to thank dragonmaster for suggesting them here!
So far I have been left with a slight bitter taste in my mouth. I really don't agree with what MCC and other sites are doing by baiting customers by saying ETA within a week, and every week, the ETA keeps getting pushed forward another week.
I bought a 3DS specifically to use this card, and am left down $270 (3DS XL was on sale), with nothing 'gained' out of it.
I understand that it is beyond their control, but I also find it ridiculous how they will not issue a refund on pre-orders, even though the ETA continues to be pushed forward another week.
They have my money, and I could be left with no product for who knows how long, since they never have a true ETA. And yes, the E in ETA means estimated, but this is an extremely poor estimate by that definition.
Just felt the need to share my frustration so far. I am clearly looking forward to the GateWay, which is why I am disappointed by this.
It is beyond my control however, so I just hope everything will go along smoothly from here.

i feel the same way, i ordered on sep 10th from mcc. i heard from another post, they do not put both stickers on the red card, and wont ship the missing sticker. they said something about jamming and damage to the 3ds.
