The only ones I can think of (if by tweaks you mean homebrew) are:
DSOrganize, organiser for the DS.
Beup Live, MSN messenger for the DS.
Bunjalloo, homebrew internet browser.

I like those themes. Alright, I'll check those out, though I have NES and GBC already.

CLIRC's an IRC client (and when used with bitlbee, can be used to communicate on major instant messengers).

Colors! is a nice painting program, and you can connect to wifi and upload your drawings, or download somebody else's and actually watch them paint it time-lapse style.

LMP-NG (Lick's Media Player) is the ipod-style music player you may have seen on youtube.

Pocket Physics is a simply physics tool program thing.

There's also the Lone Wolf series of interactive books that were turned into DS games.

Now, I need to sleeep.

Okay, I just figured out now that my Acekard has that "Push SD to eject" thingy.

Cause I usually just take the thing in and out. But a few minutes ago, something moved in the flashcard when I put it back, and then it did that push to eject thing.

I've never had it happen, but I moved back to 3.1129 just to be safe.

It's a good idea to not use that -- or at least not right away if your AceKard is new.
They seem to have an issue with the spring loader 'breaking' and you won't be able to get your card in or out of the AK2.

I've had my AK2i for a while now and when I originally got it, the spring loader was very forceful, and I think I felt a bulge when I used it where it would feel like the spring was pushing the shell apart.
But after leaving the spring loader depressed and manually sliding the card in/out for a few months, the spring is a lot less forceful (though I still don't use it since I find it easier to slide out with my fingernail).

Personally I have

Beup Live
Lameboy
Moonshell
DiagnoSe (pretty handy sometimes)
DSNotes
Airscan
NeoDS
World of Sand

And you could add if you want NesDS and DSMaster Plus

If you like to spend time on music, try nitro Tracker, a nice music compossitor, also you can hear your songs on the PC (you migth need the .mod plug-in).

Try to get an ezflash 3in1, and download GBA Exploader, is the best Gba loader at time.
