Hacking What are my options with a 9.4-10.3 2ds?

Hey, i'm planning on buying some 2ds's for my younger siblings. Ideally I would love to cold boot into a cfw and load some games on the 2ds (kids are younger and don't understand how to not update or browser exploits). I've read topics on downgrading 10.3, but not specifically for a 2ds. I was wondering if it's still possible to downgrade to 9.2 and cold boot on a 2ds. I do have 4 3ds's that I have cold booting at the moment but they are all 9.2

Any guide links would be much appreciated :)
