What Are/Is Passme and passcard?

    I'm just asking this becuase I'm confused about the whole flashme buisness and before I go flashing my NDS I would like to know what is a passcard and what is passme

    Basically, passcard or passme was a device that went in slot1 to allow a slot2 flashcart to boot in DS mode to play DS games. With today's slot1 carts though, there is no need for any kind of passme type device unless you only have a slot2 flashcart, because all slot1 carts have built-in passme now.

    FlashMe and PassMe are useless if you have a slot-1 flashcart. If you have a slot-2 you'll need either one of the two.

    FlashMe still has its uses for slot-1 users, the most prominent being the removal of the health and safety warning screen, but one of its primary functions does become unnecessary.

    ahh memories. I still have my passme2 (or superpass.. something) somewhere.. that thing was instantly useless as flashme went on my ds right after.
