Remember when I was talking about how my school was burning? Well the whole damn mountain is on fire! We might have to evacuate soon >_> Apparently 30 houses in Lake Arrowhead (San Bernardino Mountains) have already burned down. I'm really afraid we might lose everything... So yeah, if I don't log on for a few days this is why.

Heres hoping our house doesn't burn down, I'm off to pack the car...

this will sound harsh but i swear, i am not trying to be a prick.

losing everything (or a good bit of your stuff) will not be the end of the world. yes, it will suck BUT at the same time you will be able to recover.

but it would be nice to see nothing continue along these lines. but what is the deal there? is there a drought?

also, i'm sure your parents have insurance but remember to pack those irreplaceables that a check from SafeCo or State Farm can't replace.

i called a friend of mine who moved to san diego - she said head northeast. san diego is under the same watch apparently.

What sucks is if the home burns down our property is too close to the road to rebuild, we'll get shafted like the new orleanians.
